Can anyone help me? For Malwarebytes, I had it pre-installed, and now I can’t update. Everytime I click update, it says: An error occured. Please report the following error code to the Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware Support team. Error code: 732 (0, 0).

Thanks for the info and the links! What are your thoughts avoiding the rash of fake antivirus software out there? Is there any free ligit anitvirus software that works against such threats?

Last night, I was infected by ANTIVIRUS SOFT despite running AVG FREE 9.0.819, WINDOWS SECURITY ESSENTIALS, and WINDOWS DEFENDER.

I removed it with a system restore. Malwarebytes shows no remaining infection.

I am currently using:
Avast Pro
Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware
SUPERAntiSpyware
Hitman Pro
Dr.Web Cure it!
ThreatFire
PC Tools Firewall Plus
Sandboxie

after malwarebytes done scanning says to click ok to see results andwhen i click ok it cloes itself can anyone help me?

I used malwarebytes to remove antivirus scan 2010 with a darke picture that said something about not touching my programas in red letters it was in my sceen without moving but after using malwarebytes it got fix I used the free version but i think I should it buy it really works you can try it first and see

Great video mate really interesting and informative
A couple of days ago I got a nasty fake alert on starup called trojan.ASPX.js.win32.
Has proved a Git to get rid of but using Malewarebytes[updated]mcafee A.V and windows Defender it seems to have gone BUT I am worried there may be trace elements of Trojan in system waiting for keylogging etc and cautious about using Ebay,Amazon accounts etc.
Will method described get rid of this Parasite COMPLETELY ?

I had 980 infected areas on my computer. Malwarebytes took care of most of them!
