@bro589 Dude… get one soon! I’we had about 20 alerts since last November… And how can you know you’we not got an virus already? it’s not as if you can know without any software for it..?
@ManofWario Nah… May have something to do with you not downloading that many torrents all the time? their almost always packed with one, Well go to the page he’s demonstrating with an old virus system… I’ll promise! you’ll be surprised to find that it’s LOADEEED!
@PAINmedia ehh, i dont like anti viruses, all they do is make your computer slow, all i do is keep my windows up to date, i got a trojan once and windows defender found it and took care of it.
@bro589 You should get some type of AV or internet security just in case. You never know when you are going to need it and there are some sites where you think it might be harmless but could’ve been exploited and could give you malware or trojan horse.
So if Crapple fans are so confident on their macs not getting any virus, why do you even use the anti-virus software? Not so confident now are we? Yeah, PCs “Windows” get the bast majority of viruses, but if you know how to really use a computer, you will never get any.
@jailbroketouch95 My Norton IS is using 7mb + 4mb = 11mb + Norton DNS (A whopping TWO MB). Call an Internet Security suite heavy when it uses up THIRTEEN MB OF RAM? What you running, an old piece o’ shit with 256k of RAM you idiot?
@UltimatePawnch No I have an imac, but I dont care what you are saying look online plenty of credible sources say norton is a horrible piece of software.
This video shows now, virus writer’s are now targeting multiple platforms. No OS is safe from malware, I’m tired of hearing mac, Linux and even BSD fan boys about malware but they don’t know shit! about it.
Comments on My mac antivirus found a mac malware /trojan horse / virus !
